"For me, humor isn’t an escape — it’s a way to look deeper, to make pain human and stories universal."
I’m a film director and screenwriter who believes that humor isn’t an escape — it’s a lens through which we can look deeper, turn pain into something human, and make stories universal.
Originally from Ukraine, I began my creative path in television, where I learned to find truth in chaos and emotion in the everyday. But it was cinema that claimed my heart — the place where vulnerability and irony could coexist in a single frame.
Today, I live and work in Dublin, Ireland — a city that inspires me with its sincerity and quiet charm.
My filmmaking blends aesthetic precision, emotional honesty, and a distinctly subtle sense of humor. I’m drawn to stories that balance drama and comedy, where the absurd meets the deeply human.
Alongside my film work, I direct commercials and write screenplays that explore complex characters, emotional contradictions, and the fragile beauty of imperfection.
I’m currently developing my debut feature — a continuation of my fascination with identity, irony, and the tender resilience of being human.
